It is incredibly easy to plan. Many organizations have fund raising sessions on a monthly or quarterly basis, since they are so successful. You make money, and the participants have a wonderful time in a clean, safe environment. Plus you get the rink all to yourselves!!

Here's how it works.....

Book your private rental time with a $50.00 deposit. Total rink rental cost is $300.00
Sell tickets to the event (we suggest charging about $5.00 per ticket, but you can decide the price).
If you charge $5.00 per ticket, once you have sold 60 tickets (60 tickets X $5.00 = $300.00), all further ticket sale proceeds go directly back to your organization. That's right!! You get to keep any money over the rental rate!! For Example, if you have 150 attendees, you would make $450.00.
You can request an appearance by the mascot, Rocky the Raccoon!
(Skate Rental and concession foods are additional costs typically paid by the skaters.)
